frontend architecture using React.js and Next.js\nImplement and optimize reusable UI components using Fluent UI\nCollaborate with UX designers to ensure consistent and user-friendly component designs\nConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members\nOptimize components for maximum performance and reusability\nStay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field\n5+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years in a middle or a senior role\nExtensive experience with React.js, including hooks and context API\nStrong knowledge of Next.js and its features for server-side rendering and static site generation\nProficiency in working with Fluent UI or similar component libraries\nDeep understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques\nExperience in designing and implementing scalable component libraries\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nStrong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment\nExperience with micro frontends architecture\nFamiliarity with design systems and component-driven development\nKnowledge of testing frameworks\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and build
