The project focuses on enhancing and evolving a CRM platform within the travel domain. The goal is to improve customer experience, streamline processes, and support integrations across multiple systems. The platform enables efficient operations and data driven decision making.\n\nTechnology stack\n\nSalesforce CRM, Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, data integration tools, Agile frameworks, AI based tools\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain Salesforce functionality to support CRM business needs\n\nImplement enhancements in Salesforce Service Cloud and related CRM areas\n\nDevelop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce customizations\n\nSupport system integrations, APIs, and data flows across connected platforms\n\nTranslate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and analysts to clarify needs and scope\n\nTroubleshoot issues, support defect resolution, and improve system stability\n\nParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies\n\nDocument technical solutions and support knowledge sharing across the team\n\nUse AI based tools, where relevant, to improve development efficiency and documentation\n\nRequirements\n\nAt least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer\n\nStrong hands on experience with Salesforce CRM development\n\nExperience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Service Cloud\n\nExperience with APIs, integrations, and data mapping\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions\n\nUnderstanding of Agile delivery practices and participation in project ceremonies\n\nStrong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills\n\nEnglish level: Upper Intermediate or higher for client communication\n\nNice To Have\n\nExperience in the travel industry\n\nExperience working with AI based tools for development or documentation\n\nFamiliarity with enterprise system integrations and data workflows\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nUnique corporate culture – no micromanagement, friendly atmosphere, freedom, and mutual respect\n\nFlexible schedule – ability to change projects, to work from home, and to try yourself in different roles\n\nProfessional Development Map – a comprehensive map of your professional development within DataArt\n\nWe hire people not for a project, but for the company.
