standards, and internal governance.\nApply AI responsibly, respecting confidentiality, data privacy, compliance, and internal banking policies.\n6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.\nStrong experience with requirement collection, documentation, stakeholder management, and process analysis.\nHands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and data mapping documents.\nGood understanding of software delivery lifecycle, Agile/Scrum, and enterprise IT delivery.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.\nStrong analytical thinking, structured documentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nPractical experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Azure OpenAI, or similar for business analysis tasks.\nUnderstanding of AI limitations, prompt quality, human review, confidentiality, and responsible AI usage in regulated environments.\nUpper-intermediate or advanced English.\nExperience in banking, fintech, payments, lending, risk, compliance, or financial services\nExperience working with large corporate clients or regulated enterprise environments.\nExperience with regulatory, audit, KYC/AML, risk, or digital transformation
