You will work independently on analytical tasks and collaborate with team leads and product stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable insights.\n\nResponsibilities\nDesign complex experiments and A B tests to validate hypotheses and measure business impact\n\nDefine success metrics and apply statistical methods to ensure reliable results\n\nAnalyze user behavior, conversion funnels, engagement, and retention\n\nTranslate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for product improvement\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve product performance\n\nOwn analytical tasks end to end in collaboration with team leads and product stakeholders\n\nPresent findings and recommendations to support data driven decision making\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in Data Analytics including strong hands on experience in Product Analytics\n\nStrong experience in product analytics and complex experimentation including A B testing\n\nAdvanced SQL skills and solid knowledge of statistical analysis\n\nHands on experience with Tableau and BigQuery\n\nExperience analyzing user behavior, conversion funnels, and product performance metrics\n\nAbility to translate complex data into clear business insights\n\nAbility to work independently\n\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nNice to have\nExperience in eCommerce, subscription based businesses, or
