and retention\n\n Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for product improvement\n\n Identify opportunities to improve product performance\n\n Own analytical tasks end to end in collaboration with team leads and product stakeholders\n\n Present findings and recommendations to support data driven decision making\n\nRequired qualifications\n 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics including strong hands on experience in Product Analytics\n\n Strong experience in product analytics and complex experimentation including A B testing\n\n Advanced SQL skills and solid knowledge of statistical analysis\n\n Hands on experience with Tableau and BigQuery\n\n Experience analyzing user behavior, conversion funnels, and product performance metrics\n\n Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights\n\n Ability to work independently\n\n Good communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nNice to have\n\n Experience in eCommerce, subscription based businesses, or digital product analytics\n\n Experience with
