continuously improve the Jira environment, including workflows, boards, dashboards, automation rules, and reporting standards.\nDrive the adoption of AI powered tools, particularly Claude, by identifying high value use cases, running pilots, scaling successful initiatives, and measuring their impact.\nDesign and implement automation for repetitive project management and team processes, including status reporting, ticket triage, and recurring operational updates.\nDefine, monitor, and analyze team efficiency metrics, providing clear progress reports and insights to key stakeholders.\nMentor and support team leads in taking ownership of day to day coordination activities, enabling effective team operations with reduced reliance on central project management.\n5+ years of experience as a Project Manager working on Agile projects using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.\nExperience leading AI adoption initiatives or productivity improvement programs at the team or department level.\nBackground in the payments domain.\nProven track record of designing, implementing, or transforming delivery processes, rather than solely operating established processes.\nAdvanced Jira expertise, including workflow configuration, automation rules, dashboards, and reporting.\nHands on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot to improve individual or team productivity.\nExperience managing distributed or cross functional teams, including collaboration with client side team members.\nUpper Intermediate English (B2) or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, prepare stakeholder reports, and maintain project documentation.\nExperience establishing an AI Driven Development Lifecycle (ADLC), with AI tools integrated into planning, development, testing, and delivery processes.\nFamiliarity with automation platforms and tools such as Jira Automation, Zapier, n8n, and scripting languages such as Python.\nExperience defining, tracking, and improving delivery performance using metrics such as DORA, cycle time, throughput, and other data driven process improvement practices.\nAgile or project management certifications, such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or SAFe
