enterprise systems\nContribute to frontend modernization and continuous improvement initiatives\nUse AI tools and automation to improve development speed, code quality, testing, and documentation\nStrong experience as a Senior React Engineer or React Lead with hands-on ownership of production applications.\nDeep knowledge of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with experience building reusable and maintainable frontend components.\nStrong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, performance optimization, and responsive UI development.\nExperience integrating React applications with REST APIs and enterprise backend services.\nSolid understanding of accessibility, browser behavior, and modern frontend engineering practices.\nProven ability to lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nStrong Git workflow habits and familiarity with modern frontend tooling and testing practices.\nHands-on experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent.\nExperience with AI-assisted coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and prompt-driven development workflows.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work in Agile, client-facing environments.\nExperience with Next.js or other modern React frameworks\nExperience with design systems and component libraries\nExperience in enterprise transformation programs\nFamiliarity with automated frontend testing tools\nExperience working in finance, education, or association based
