This role focuses on the visualization layer, transforming complex data architectures into intuitive, high-impact dashboards that support analytics and C-level executive decision-making.\n\nThe Tableau Engineer will join a newly forming team of data specialists, working at the intersection of engineering and business intelligence. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated visualization solutions that provide clear insights into investment performance and portfolio data.\n\nResponsibilities\nBuild, maintain, and optimize sophisticated dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.\n\nDevelop data sources and semantic layers within Snowflake to support streamlined reporting.\n\nCollaborate with business teams to define KPIs and translate requirements into visual formats.\n\nEnsure total data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.\n\nContinually improve dashboard performance and usability for an enhanced user experience.\n\nDocument dashboard logic and provide training to end-users to support platform adoption.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of dedicated Tableau development experience.\n\nExperience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouses.\n\nExperience utilizing DBT models as the primary data source layer.\n\nStrong SQL skills and a deep understanding of data modeling principles (Semantic layer and consumption layer).\n\nProven ability to build executive-level dashboards and translate business requirements into strategic visual insights.\n\nUnderstanding of core financial metrics and investment terminology, experience within the fintech domain.\n\nNice to have\nProfessional experience within the wealth management or financial services sector.\n\nFamiliarity with data schemas from Addepar, Salesforce, or NetSuite.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nVacation days: Up to
