provides services for end users in the Gambling Domain.\nPosition overview\nWe are seeking a UI/UX designer to join our team working on a high-load gambling platform, a large-scale system involving several hundred developers in development and maintenance.\nResponsibilities\nPrioritize user needs and preferences by conducting thorough research and collaborating closely with engineers and product managers\n\nDevelop user-friendly visual designs for websites, applications, and digital products, ensuring ease of use across various platforms\n\nDesign intuitive user interface components such as menus, widgets, and navigation systems\n\nEmploy sitemaps, process flowcharts, and storyboards to visually represent and communicate design concepts effectively\n\nUtilize tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas\n\nProduce graphic assets including icons, illustrations, and imagery to enhance the overall user experience\n\nPresent design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs\n\nReview and edit the mockups according to the client's feedback\n\nMonitor and optimize existing systems to ensure ongoing usability and performance\n\nMaintain consistency in design elements and follow established design systems\n\nFollow the client’s instructions concerning style, color schemes, and fonts, etc.\n\nConduct user testing and gather feedback to evaluate user experience and iteratively improve designs\n\nLead the design efforts to create engaging interactive experiences that enhance brand perception and user satisfaction\n\nComplete additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the design team and organization\n\nRequirements\n5+years of experience as a UI/UX designer.\n\nExperience in analysis, interaction, and interface design for web and mobile applications.\n\nAt least 1 year of experience designing products in the sports betting and/or iGaming domain.\n\nExperience in creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, mental maps, interaction scenarios, and storyboards.\n\nGood presentation skills.\n\nSolid skills with design tools: Figma(Sketch), Adobe CC, Balsamiq Mockups.\n\nProficiency with common collaboration tools: Google Docs, Slack, Skype.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot using HTML5&CSS3 with web designers and web developers.\n\nKnowledge of modern design trends.\n\nUnderstanding of methodologies and design processes focused on user convenience.\n\nAbility to create high-quality mockups and graphic assets from
