discussions, and production troubleshooting\nSupport integrations with external systems, APIs, and enterprise data sources\nTroubleshoot backend, configuration, data, caching, and platform issues\nCollaborate with frontend engineers to support rendering needs and resolve cross stack issues\nOptimize application performance, scalability, and reliability\nSupport configuration management, deployment readiness, and environment consistency\nContribute to engineering standards, reusable patterns, mentoring, and technical documentation\nStrong experience as a Backend Engineer or Tech Lead with hands-on Drupal development expertise\nAt least 6 years of professional software or web application development experience\nAt least 3 years of Drupal backend development experience\nStrong knowledge of PHP and Drupal architecture, including entities, fields, forms, routing, dependency injection, and configuration management\nExperience with Drupal 10 or Drupal 11\nFamiliarity with Drush, Composer, Docker, or DDEV\nExperience mentoring engineers or leading backend technical initiatives\nExperience building custom Drupal modules, services, plugins, hooks, and event-driven logic\nExperience working with Views, Blocks, custom content structures, workflows, and API integrations\nWorking knowledge of Drupal caching, including render cache, cache tags, cache contexts, and invalidation\nAbility to analyze frontend impact and collaborate effectively with frontend engineers\nStrong Git workflow habits and familiarity with modern development tooling\nAbility to troubleshoot complex application issues methodically\nExperience with Acquia Cloud Platform\nExperience with enterprise search solution integrations such as Coveo\nExperience with enterprise scale or multi-site Drupal platforms\nExperience with performance tuning, security hardening, or DevOps collaboration\nFamiliarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD
