The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, business teams, and product stakeholders to build\nscalable automation frameworks, improve testing efficiency, and deliver high-quality software solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nAutomation Testing & Quality Assurance\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.\nBuild and enhance scalable automation frameworks for functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.\nExecute automated test suites and analyse test results to identify defects and quality issues.\nCollaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and validate bug fixes.\nPerform manual testing when required to support complete test coverage.\nEnsure application quality, stability, and performance across releases.\nParticipate in release validation and deployment readiness activities.\nTest Planning & Framework Development\nCreate and maintain automation test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.\nDevelop reusable testing components and improve automation efficiency.\nIntegrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.\nMaintain testing documentation, execution reports, and defect tracking records.\nSupport implementation of QA best practices and automation standards.\nAgile Collaboration & Delivery\nWork closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product teams during sprint cycles.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.\nCommunicate testing progress, blockers, risks, and quality metrics proactively.\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve automation coverage and testing processes.\nRecommend tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance QA efficiency.\nContribute towards continuous improvement in Agile delivery and QA methodologies.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n3-5 years of experience in Automation Testing / Quality Assurance.\nStrong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.\nHands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress,Playwright, or Appium.\nExperience in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation.\nStrong experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and API Testing.\nExperience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.\nExperience with defect tracking and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or TestRail.\nBasic understanding of SQL, databases, and cloud environments is a plus.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication abilities.\nSkills & Attributes\nStrong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.\nProactive, collaborative, and process-driven approach.\nStrong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.\nPassion for automation, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality products.\nInformation Security & ISO 27001 Compliance\nSecurity is at the heart of everything we do.
