Exchanges, index providers, trading platforms and data vendors use our platform to manage data licensing, usage reporting, pricing, billing and customer management in one place, so they can operate more efficiently, stay compliant and grow revenue.\nRole Description\nThis is a full-time remote role for a Client Delivery Manager (Americas), based in the United States. You’ll own delivery for a portfolio of market data clients throughout the client lifecycle, from initial implementation to ongoing reports, enhancements and change requests. You’ll work closely with our Account Management, Implementation, Solution Architecture and engineering teams.\nThis is a client-facing delivery role, not an engineering role. You’ll translate our clients’ commercial and operational goals into what our teams build and configure, and make sure it lands on time and to scope.\nOwn delivery for assigned EMEA clients, including major exchanges and data vendors\nRun discovery sessions to understand clients’ market data policies, licensing models and business objectives\nAdvise clients on best practice for data licensing, entitlements, usage reporting, audits and billing\nTranslate requirements into delivery plans and prioritized workstreams\nPlan, prioritize and track configuration and development work in Jira\nManage scope, timelines and budget on time-and-materials engagements\nIdentify risks, remove blockers and escalate where needed\nLead status meetings and senior stakeholder communications\nCoordinate UAT and go-live for new implementations and ongoing change\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years in client delivery, client success, professional services, implementation consulting or technical account management, ideally in financial markets\nProven experience leading enterprise client engagements from discovery through delivery\nStrong requirements-gathering and planning skills\nExperience coordinating technical teams without direct line management\nAbility to manage several enterprise clients and competing priorities at once\nExperience with Jira and Confluence\nAssertive, organized, and comfortable leading client-facing meetings\nRight to work in the Netherlands\nPreferred Qualifications\nMarket data administration experience, on either the consumer or the provider side\nExperience working with major vendors and exchanges such as LSEG Data & Analytics, Bloomberg, FactSet, ICE, S&P Global, Euronext, Deutsche Börse or SIX\nKnowledge of market data licensing, exchange agreements, redistribution rights, entitlements (e.g. DACS, EMRS) and usage or audit reporting\nExperience supporting exchanges, index providers, banks, asset managers or other capital markets organizations\nWe’re looking for someone self-motivated who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their
