You will be offered huge potential for career progression with the pace of the team's growth.\nThe impact you will have:\nAssess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy \nDrive quarter-on-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts\nExceed activity and quarterly revenue targets\nTrack all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce\nIdentify new use case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers\nPromote the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform \nEnsure 100% satisfaction among all customers\nConnect to your accounts ecosystem (stakeholders, influencers, partners, VC, PE, cloud providers etc)\nDrive both technical and business discussions, adapting the narrative to the audience (C level, middle management, practitioner…) and persona (IT, Data & AI, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales…) \nWhat we look for:\nStrong closing experience selling SaaS / Cloud or Big Data/AI solutions to customers across the DACH region (Digital Native experience is highly desirable) \nSolution and business-outcomes focused sales approach (Command of the Message, MEDDPIC, Challenger Sale)\nAbility to simply articulate intricate cloud & big data / AI technologies and their business value for the customer\nExperience exceeding sales targets/quotas\nMaster’s Degree or relevant work experience\nFluency in English and German is required\nAbout Databricks\nDatabricks is the Data and AI company.
