As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Strategic Hunter Account Executive to join our team in France.
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of some of France’s leading accounts. This is a high-visibility opportunity to deepen relationships, explore new business avenues, and deliver
transformative outcomes within the accounts.
Reporting to our Director of Enterprise Sales, as a Strategic Hunter Account Executive at Databricks, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and securing new opportunities within the accounts.
You are a true hunter - establishing executive-level connections, uncovering untapped potential, and positioning Databricks as the premier platform for data, analytics, and AI innovation.
You will be leveraging your extensive hunting expertise, along with your solutions sales experience in selling technical solutions in data/AI, advanced Analytics to inspire the client’s vision and help shape how they leverage these technologies to drive business outcomes. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate demand, close high-value deals, and expand Databricks’ footprint within the accounts.

Leverage your expertise to identify new opportunities and create use cases that demonstrate Databricks’ value and impact.
Use your commercial network and strong relationship skills to broaden our presence within complex organizations-engaging key decision-makers and trusted partners to drive growth.
Develop structured account plans that address your client’s business priorities and position Databricks as a long-term digital transformation partner.
Draw on your experience selling cloud-based solutions to navigate enterprise cycles, secure executive sponsorship, and deliver beyond customer expectations.
Work closely with Databricks teams and selected partners to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of the customers.
Apply your sales expertise to close sophisticated business and drive clear, measurable results within the accounts.
What we look for:
Demonstrated passion and experience in selling complex, technical cloud solutions, with the drive to understand and translate advanced technology into business outcomes.
Extensive Hunting experience and understanding of the complexities and nuances of strategic accounts. A track record of selling into Large Enterprise accounts is essential.
Proven hands-on experience working with open source technologies, and a strong background in advising on build-versus-buy decisions for enterprise clients.
Proven track record in selling big data, AI/Analytics solutions, with expertise navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
An understanding of, or experienced in selling consumption model solutions is highly desirable.
Experience of applying value-based selling methodologies, consistently positioning
technology solutions around measurable customer impact and ROI.
Creative, resourceful sales professional with a structured and proactive prospecting motion-capable of building a sustainable pipeline from scratch.
Consistently exceeded sales quotas, showing a results-driven approach and commitment to surpassing ambitious targets.
Grit, resilience, and tenacity-excited by the challenge of opening greenfield accounts, building new relationships, and driving growth in untapped territories.
Fluency in French and English is essential.
