This is a 6 month contract, with an opportunity to get the same extended. \nSourcers at Databricks are subject matter experts when it comes to talent attraction and are given full autonomy to bring new ideas and creative approaches to life.\nYou will work with hiring managers as a strategic partner advising on things such as sourcing strategies, passive engagement strategies, competitive intelligence, DEI, and talent insights.
