Agentic coding tools like Claude Code and Codex are core to how we work every day, alongside LLMs and AI APIs. Advocate for high standards in testing, observability, code quality, and long-term engineering excellence\nUse data, metrics, and user feedback to decide what to build next.\nGrow the engineers around you through mentorship, technical leadership, and thoughtful code review.\nWhat are we looking for?\nYou have 7+ years building software across the stack - experience with our stack (TypeScript, Node.js, React) is a strong plus.\nYou have start-up or early-stage / small-company experience - you thrive in fast-paced, high-velocity environments and ship quickly.\nYou have a strong product mindset paired with pragmatism - you understand your users, weigh data and feedback with good taste, and make sharp trade-offs to drive decisions rather than chase perfection\nYou're AI-native - agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex) are your primary way of working, with 6+ months of daily, hands-on use.
