protocols.\n\nDegree in Business Information Systems or similar.\n\nProject Management degree.\n\nKnowledge in Freight Forwarding Business Applications.\n\nProficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).\n\nKnowledge in Transport Management Systems and SQL is a plus.\n\nUnderstanding of Finance and related Reporting is a plus.\n\nExperience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Transport Management.\n\nResponsibilities:\nLeadership:\n\nCoach and Mentor Team members to develop necessary skills\n\nMake informed decisions that align with the team’s objectives and overall organizational goals.\n\nDeployment:\n\nParticipate in the design and configuration of related applications and report designs.\n\nManage specific application implementations, including pre and post Go-live planning.\n\nPerform due diligence as required.\n\nSystem Evolution and Continuity:\n\nManage system evolution, bug escalations, and resolutions.\n\nConduct Expression of Need when required.\n\nFacilitate proper communication methods for evolution, bug fixes, release notifications to relevant parties.\n\nSupport and Troubleshooting:\n\nTroubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.\n\nEnsure continuity of interfaces and liaise with vendors and regional IT to resolve issues.\n\nDevelop and maintain support documentation.\n\nContinuous Improvement Projects:\n\nCollaborate with operations and customers to gather business requirements.\n\nTranslate business requirements into technical specifications with regional teams and vendors.\n\nPerform configuration and tests on various software systems.\n\nProvide pre, current, and post Go-live support.\n\nTraining:\n\nConduct dynamic training sessions for end-users, trainers, system administrators, managers, and teams.\n\nDevelop training materials and assess training needs.\n\nStay updated on new features and releases, industry developments, and clients' needs.\n\nAssist in redefining and updating training plans and delivery.\n\nSupport:\n\nProvide training and support upon request from management.\n\nFollow the agreed-upon level of support within the specified parameters.\n\nContinuous Improvement:\n\nUtilize incident history to suggest improvements.\n\nAttend meetings and workshops for continuous improvement in the support
