# Voice Engineer

Reference: JHB007295-Nondu-3 Datacentrix is looking for a Voice Engineer for a fixed short term contract. Must have 5 years experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting networking, SIP/VoIP services, and telephony solutions. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and maintenance of enterprise voice and unified communications solutions. The successful candidate will deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality voice services while supporting customer implementations, maintaining existing environments, and ensuring the ongoing stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the voice platform. Duties & Responsibilities Qualifications and Experience Required: Matric plus, relevant IT qualification 5 years' experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting networking, SIP/VoIP services, and telephony solutions. Hands-on experience with the planning, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of IP PBXs, IP handsets, SIP trunks, and VoIP gateways. Experience with one or more of the following platforms or technologies will be advantageous: PortaOne, Yeastar, 3CX, MAN3000, PhonEX One, Microsoft Teams Calling, Cloud Contact Centre pla
