Mission\nYour mission is to develop a high-quality frontend that supports the user experience of next-generation on-chain financial infrastructure, enabling applications that are secure, intuitive, and scalable.\nWhile the Tech Lead will make final decisions regarding design principles and architecture, you will be expected to actively contribute to technology selection and continuous improvement initiatives, working together with the team to shape the product’s UI/UX.\n3. Key Responsibilities\nYou will primarily be responsible for frontend development for our next-generation financial systems business, including the following:\nFrontend Development\nDevelop frontend applications primarily using TypeScript and React\nDesign and implement UI components\nDevelop application logic, including state management, routing, and data fetching\nIntegrate frontend applications with backend systems through APIs\nImplement unit, integration, and E2E tests to ensure product quality\nPerformance and Quality Improvement\nImprove web performance, including rendering and bundle optimization\nContinuously improve accessibility and usability\nDesign secure UI architectures and data flows\nProduct Development and Continuous Improvement\nCollaborate with designers, backend engineers, and Product Managers to translate requirements into effective user interfaces\nParticipate in specification discussions, requirements definition, and prototyping\nImprove design systems and component libraries\nPropose improvements to development processes and frontend architecture\nScope of Changes to Responsibilities:\nDuties may be changed in accordance with the company’s business needs.\n4.
