If you enjoy a dynamic environment and diverse challenging tasks, our expanding team is the right place for you.\n\nAbout the job:\n\nFor our growing team in Sofia, we are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer (BI & Data Engineering). You will work with our clients to provide analysis, design, implementation, testing, and support services for their front office and risk management activities. You will report to your respective team lead and internal and external project managers/product owners related to your assigned projects.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAnalyze products, processes and business needs within client organizations\n\nDesign, build and maintain Data Warehouse and data pipeline solutions\n\nCreate and manage data flows using ETL tools and frameworks\n\nModel and visualize data primarily using Power BI\n\nParticipate in project assessment and coordinate project activities – within and across teams\n\nProvide training and support to colleagues and clients\n\nRequirements:\n\nTechnical skills:\n\nHands-on experience with Databricks – required.\n\nExperience with ETL tools – ADF, Matillion, DBT or similar\n\nStrong PowerBI skills, including data modeling and SQL\n\nFamiliarity with data platforms such as Snowflake, SQL Server, PostgreSQL or similar\n\nExperience with Python\n\nSoft Skills:\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills – ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nFluent English – written and spoken\n\nPeople management skills – ability to coordinate, mentor and distribute tasks across team members\n\nAttention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment\n\nCooperative mindset with a trial-and-learn attitude\n\nWillingness to travel occasionally to client sites\n\nYou have several years of experience in one or more of the following:\n\n5+ years of experience in data engineering, BI development or a similar analytics-focused role\n\nProven track record of delivering
