This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Atlassian solutions. You’ll work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver Atlassian Products that drive operational efficiency and improve business outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to lead workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of Atlassian Products.\nThis role is Sydney-based and requires regular onsite attendance at the customer location. Applicants must be currently located in Sydney or willing to relocate to Sydney. Remote-only arrangements are not available for this position. While we appreciate the value of in-person collaboration, we understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements based on your needs and the team’s goals.\nPlease note you must be a citizen or resident of Australia in order to be considered for the position. Candidates with current security clearances slightly preferred.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs an Atlassian Consultant, you will be responsible for:\nLeading the design and configuration of Atlassian Products (e.g. Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Guard, Rovo, Bitbucket).\nCollaborating with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.\nImplementing and configuring Atlassian Products including workflows, automations, customisations, dashboards, and integrations.\nActing as a Subject Matter Expert within the Atlassian Suite, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.\nProviding ongoing support, issue resolution, and optimisation recommendations post-implementation.\nWorking with a diverse range of clients across different industries, helping to drive transformation by implementing and optimising Atlassian Products.\nWhat You'll Bring\nThe ideal candidate will have:\nAn Atlassian Certification (ACP) or working towards certification.\nStrong hands-on experience in Jira Service Management (JSM) including Solution Design, Implementation, Configuration and Workflow Customisation.\nStrong hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud Migration (Server or Data Center)\nExperience with Rovo and Atlassian Analytics is highly desirable.\nExperience in the integration of Atlassian Products with other Atlassian Tools, Marketplace Applications and Third Party Tools.\nExperience in Security Configuration and Auditing.\nExperience in building and configuring Reports and Dashboards to meet Business Requirements.\nExpertise in gathering and analysing business requirements, and translating them into Technical user stories.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead client workshops and engage effectively at all levels.\nSolid understanding of ITSM and ITIL process.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.\nBenefits\nCulture and Benefits\nJoin a team where you'll be supported to grow your career, prioritise your wellbeing, and make a genuine impact.
