By combining deep local knowledge with world-class technology partnerships, we help organisations navigate change, unlock new opportunities, and build capability for the future.\nWhether we're supporting governments, enterprise organisations, or growing businesses, we're committed to creating meaningful outcomes for our customers, communities, and each other.\nAbout the Role\nThe Bid Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assisting with the Bid Process via the Datacom system to devise diverse customer solutions.\nWhat you’ll do\nAs Bid Coordinator you will:\nMaintaining an effective pre-sales engine to enable and optimise the bid function. \nAssisting the proposal process including the acquisition of all relevant information relating to the content of the proposal as well as the internal review of proposal.\nCoordinating the proposal process, collating documentation, writing content, and delivering on proposal specifications.\nFulfilling administrative and support tasks which assist the bids team to manage proposal, win tenders and obtain opportunities.\nWriting pre-sales content for the delivery of proposals to clients and prospects.\nWhat you’ll bring\nSound administrative knowledge.\nKnowledge of the bid/sales process within a similar technical environment.\n2+ years in an administrative or sales focussed role.\nEffective presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information across various levels.\nExcellent technical writing skills.\nAdvanced MS Office skills.\nPreferred skills:\nStrong written communication with excellent spelling, grammar and attention to detail.\nExceptional organisation and time management, comfortable managing multiple deadlines at once.\nBid/tender coordination experience, ideally exposure to RFPs, RFQs, Tenders or other formal procurement responses.\nDocument management and formatting, particularly confident with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.\nStakeholder coordination, able to chase inputs, organise reviews and keep contributors accountable to deadlines.\nHigh attention to detail, including version control, response compliance, formatting and final submission checks.\nAbility to work independently, prioritise tasks and flag risks early without needing constant direction.\nCalm under pressure, particularly when working to fixed submission deadlines.\nCollaborative working style, comfortable supporting Bid Managers, sales teams, SMEs and leadership across Australia and New Zealand.\nCulture and Benefits\nJoin a team where you'll be supported to grow your career, prioritise your wellbeing, and make a genuine impact.
