This role will be offered as a 6-month fixed term contract.\nWhat you’ll do\nGather and analyse business requirements by engaging and collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.\nDevelop artifacts such as Business Requirements Documents that outline the business objectives, scope, and business requirements focusing on the what and the why.\nCollecting, compiling metrics and data creating reporting, and completing analysis. \nAnalysing data, workflows, or metrics to make recommendations for potential improvement.\nPresent findings and recommendations to business as required. \nCoordinating testing to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality, and user-friendliness of system enhancement/development. \nEnsuring knowledge artifacts are appropriately completed. \nAssisting and collaborating with colleagues across disciplines to achieve shared goals. \nSupporting and promoting continuous improvement in analytical processes and practices\nWhat you’ll bring\nUnderstanding of all aspects of the systems/software development lifecycle. Technical knowledge of programming, system design, IT infrastructure, and database concepts. An appreciation of both IT and business strategy. \nDeveloping knowledge of business process re-engineering.\nProven experience with analysis and automation languages, practices, and toolsets. \nPrevious Business Analyst experience.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written. \nAbility to work on moderately difficult assignments, requiring self-directed research, judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. \nAbility to assimilate business context and priorities effectively to build subject matter expertise. \nAssures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.\nAbility to interact with a variety of stakeholders and team members within their area of expertise. \nProven analytical and problem-solving skills. \nSound communication skills, both written and verbal.
