within a consulting environment.\nThis role suits a hands-on consultant with strong Customer Service Management (CSM) expertise who can translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop best-practice designs and solutions that meet customer requirements and business needs.\nConfigure, develop, test and manage the technical components of ServiceNow implementations within agreed scope and timelines.\nWork closely with architects and cross-functional teams to enhance features and improve customer adoption and value.\nAct as a trusted technical advisor, providing guidance throughout implementation.\nMaintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and responsive delivery.\nShare your ServiceNow expertise, mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal learning sessions.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nStrong hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in a consulting environment.\nA proficient understanding of ServiceNow CSM products, services and capabilities, or comparable solutions.\n Certified Implementation Specialist certification in ITSM and/or CSM.\nExperience working in customer service management or customer experience environments.\nDevelopment and/or consulting experience with enterprise SaaS solutions.\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum environments.\nExcellent
