You’ll combine all your talents, from leadership, relationship building and delivering technical solutions to our clients as part of our Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence across New Zealand!\nThe Microsoft 365 Specialist plays a key role as the technical escalation point of our Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence. As a Microsoft 365 Specialist, you will be accountable for delivering a first-class experience for consumers of our Modern Workplace services including guiding our business and Customers towards adoption and continuous improvement with the Microsoft 365 stack.\nFocusing on Microsoft 365 enablement and productivity outcomes for our customers including workloads spanning data, files, communications and collaboration, security and identity and access management.\nThis role is available across our Datacom offices in New Zealand. New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required to be eligible for the relevant clearances.\nWhat you’ll do\nAs the Microsoft 365 Specialist (Contract) you will typically have exposure across a wide variety of technology areas including (but not limited to):\nMicrosoft identity management (AzureAD, AD Connect, ADFS and Microsoft Identity Manager)\nModern business collaboration tools in the Office 365 suite - Teams, Planner, Groups, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Yammer etc.\nCollaboration and video conferencing solutions like Teams, and ancillary systems like Poly, Cisco and Zoom\nWorking knowledge of competitor solutions in the above IT platforms\nEmail security and archive technologies (Office 365 ATP/EOP, Mimecast, Avepoint).\nWhat You’ll Bring\nPlease note that you must be a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident to be successful in your application for this role.\nYou will have previous experience in an ICT Professional Services organisation and have extensive hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer.
