As one of Australasia's leading technology providers, we work with customers across industries to solve real-world problems and deliver meaningful outcomes.\nWhether we're supporting governments, enterprise organisations, or growing businesses, we're committed to creating meaningful outcomes for our customers, communities, and each other.\nAbout the role\nDatacom's Australian Cybersecurity Consulting team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant with strong Delinea Privileged Access Management expertise to join us permanently.\nYou'll work with enterprise clients to design, implement, and improve Delinea PAM solutions that secure privileged identities, strengthen governance controls, and reduce risk. You'll contribute across discovery, architecture, implementation, integration, and operational uplift.\nPlease note: due to the nature of our client engagements, applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents to be considered for this role.\nWhat you will do\nDesign and implement Delinea Privileged Access Management solutions, including Secret Server and related technologies. \nLead client workshops to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into secure PAM designs. \nConfigure and optimise credential management, session monitoring, password rotation, and privileged account governance controls. \nDevelop integrations with enterprise systems, including Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SIEM, and identity platforms. \nCreate technical documentation, implementation artefacts, operational procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials. \nSupport PAM assessments, remediation activities, maturity uplift, and successful project delivery. \nWhat you will bring\nProven experience implementing and supporting Delinea PAM solutions in enterprise environments. \nStrong knowledge of credential vaulting, session management, least privilege, just-in-time access, and privileged account governance. \nExperience with Delinea Secret Server, Delinea Platform, or related Delinea technologies. \nUnderstanding of Identity and Access Management, Active Directory, Entra ID, and authentication technologies. \nExperience integrating PAM platforms with enterprise applications and infrastructure environments. \nStrong stakeholder engagement and consulting experience in customer-facing projects. \nDelinea Associate or Engineer certification or Delinea Consultant or relevant cybersecurity certification is desirable. \nYou will need to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible for this role \nCulture and benefits\nJoin a team where you'll be supported to grow your career, prioritise your wellbeing, and make a genuine impact.
