As the Endpoint Engineering Architect, you’ll work closely with customers to transform their businesses in line with cloud-first productivity and collaboration solutions as part of their digital transformation journey. You will also provide expert advice, develop ongoing processes, and help drive continuous improvement in customer environments.\nOur offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!\nPlease note, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to achieve Australian Government Baseline clearance to be successful in your application for this role.\nWhat you’ll do\nThe Endpoint Engineering Architect will be a point of escalation and provide mentoring and coaching to engineers. The following provides an overview of the end user solutions which we are seeking competence in (but not limited to):\nA strong understanding of Enterprise endpoint management solutions (SCCM, Intune and JAMF )\nA strong understanding of Microsoft Windows end user operating systems configuration and deployment \nA strong understanding of core Microsoft Supporting Infrastructure services (AD, Group Policy and users and computers)\nExperience with AvePoint baseline\nA good understanding of core Microsoft Supporting Infrastructure services (DHCP, DNS, PKI, Print Services, File Services, Exchange, SharePoint)\nMicrosoft Windows end user operating systems configuration & deployment (in both traditional and modern management approaches).\nEndpoint security technologies (such as Microsoft’s Defender for Endpoint, Symantec, CrowdStrike)\nA strong understanding of VDI and DaaS solutions including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Amazon Workspaces, Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365.\nA strong can do attitude\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft supplementing competitor solutions such as, Patch My PC , Aternity, Ivanti App Control and Airlock Digital.\nPublic cloud exposure such as Azure and AWS as well as background in traditional on-premises hosting technologies (vCenter and/or Hyper-V) and supporting hybrid cloud technologies.\nWe are an agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.\nWhat you’ll bring\nWe are looking for someone with 8 years of IT industry experience plus experience in an Endpoint Architect role.
