This is an excellent opportunity to learn how customer relationships, commercial operations, and critical technology services come together behind the scenes.\nYou'll work closely with customers and internal teams to help deliver an exceptional customer experience while building valuable business, commercial, and technology skills.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs a Graduate Account Coordinator, you'll help support our customers throughout their journey with Datacom by:\nCoordinating customer requests and ensuring they are followed through to completion.\nMonitoring shared team inboxes and helping prioritise customer enquiries.\nAssisting with customer onboarding and offboarding activities.\nSupporting customer portal administration and account maintenance.\nAssisting with reporting, contract renewals, pricing reviews, and other commercial activities.\nWorking with teams across Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Service Delivery.\nIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience.\nSupporting compliance, security, and health and safety requirements\nWhat You'll Bring\nYou don't need previous data centre experience.
