You may work alone on a project or be part of a larger delivery team. This is a pivotal role at an exciting time for Datacom, offering the opportunity to shape the future of AI delivery across the region.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nAs a Programme Manager, you will be required to:\nDelivery exceptional outcomes for our customers.\nOversee the project governance & delivery, establishing and managing effective project operations, ensuring quality deliveries across complex, multi-platform IT environments. \nLead project design, planning, and scheduling activities for applications and infrastructure projects, maintaining alignment with agreed timelines and customer requirements. \nDefine, source, and manage project resources; prepare and monitor budgets, secure approvals, and track financial performance and benefit realization. \nIdentify and control project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes; manage change plans and assess business impacts. \nBuild strong stakeholder relationships, exceed expectations through effective communication, and manage vendor contracts and agreements. \nOversee the business continuity planning within the functional area, including development, review, testing, and training; ensure health and safety compliance in line with company policy. \nManage project teams, provide guidance within company policies, and oversee phases of software development from requirements analysis to implementation. \nDue to the dynamic nature of the IT industry and the diverse challenges involved in delivering competitive products and services to our clients, it’s important to gain experience across different areas of the business where possible. As a result, you may be required to take on a variety of roles within Datacom to meet business needs and broaden your understanding.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nWe are seeking a resilient and adaptable team player to manage multiple mid to large-sized projects, who can bring a dynamic element to our existing professional project management capability.\nYou will have:\nExperience managing programmes in a customer environment. Any understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks is advantageous. \nDemonstrated ability to deliver technology and business transformation initiatives in complex political environments. \nSelf-motivated with a strong focus on delivering exceptional business and customer outcomes across multiple projects and initiatives. \nProven experience managing large, complex programmes in consulting or customer environments, ideally spanning multiple workstreams and platforms. \nAbility to build, lead, and inspire collaborative programme teams, aligning diverse projects to achieve strategic organisational goals. \nBroad and deep understanding of technical software development, implementation programmes, and interrelated technology dependencies. \nExperience in managing AI-related programmes is advantageous, but adaptability and a willingness to learn and pivot in emerging technology areas is essential. \nExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and tailor messaging for executives, technical teams, and business leaders. \nStrong financial governance capabilities, including managing programme budgets, tracking benefits realisation, and understanding cost, utilisation, and revenue impacts. \nFamiliarity with multiple delivery frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, and the ability to apply them effectively at programme level. \nCulture and benefits\nJoin a team where you'll be supported to grow your career, prioritise your wellbeing, and make a genuine impact.
