You will assist with Project Delivery which begins at the point of handover from the Sales team.\nWe have offices nationally, we like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!\nWhat You’ll Do:\nEnsuring preparation/completion of large projects to appropriate quality standards within time/cost constraints as well as meeting contractual requirements and company budget requirements.\nWork collaboratively on largescale projects, typically in a complex, multi-platform technical environment with concurrent customer projects\nCoordinating documentation, design, development and testing of enhancements and new development projects.\nTailoring project methodology to individual projects when needed.\nPreparing project budgets, attaining necessary approvals in a timely manner and monitoring project financials and the realisation of defined project benefits.\nExceeding stakeholder expectations through the application of stakeholder management disciplines.\nWe are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements, which can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nWe are seeking a resilient and adaptable team player to manage multiple mid to large-sized projects, who can bring a dynamic element to our existing professional project management capability.\nYou will have:\nExtensive experience working on large complex projects, preferably with a focus on largescale migration projects.\nAbility to build and lead collaborative project teams to achieve organisational goals and objectives.\nBroad and deep understanding of technical software development and implementation projects and related technology dependencies.\nStrong communication skills with proven experience of managing various stakeholders of all levels and the ability to tailor your conversations accordingly.\nStrong financial management practices with a clear understanding of the relationship between costs, utilisation and project revenue.\nExperience working with Agile, Staged and Waterfall methodologies is essential. \nExperience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar delivery and reporting tools.\nCulture and benefits\nJoin a team where you'll be supported to grow your career, prioritise your wellbeing, and make a genuine impact.
