As a Senior Endpoint Engineering Specialist, you’ll work closely with customers to transform their businesses in line with cloud-first productivity and collaboration solutions as part of their digital transformation journey. You will also provide expert 3rd-level support, develop ongoing processes, and help drive continuous improvement in customer environments.\nOur offices are based in Australia. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!\nPlease note: To be eligible for the role you must be a New Zealand Citizen and willing to undergo security clearance requirements\nWhat you’ll do\nAt the moment, as Senior Endpoint Engineering Specialist you will be focused on:\nDesigning and maintaining modern SOE architectures for multiple customers\nWorking with customers to deliver cloud-first productivity and collaboration solutions\nDeveloping processes to standardise support and maintenance across environments\nProviding 3rd-level support and acting as an escalation point for complex desktop issues\nProactively managing and maintaining customer SOEs and supporting infrastructure\nDelivering project tasks accurately and efficiently and contributing to project reporting\nGuiding and mentoring team members to resolve technical challenges\nEnsuring a health and safety culture in line with Datacom policies\nWe are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs\nWhat you’ll bring\nRequired experience:\n5+ years of related experience in endpoint engineering and SOE management\nKnowledge of hardware and software vendor support processes, including product lifecycles\nAdvanced end-user management skills alongside modern and traditional SOE methodologies\nExperience in AVD, Cloud PC, Intune, SCCM / MECM\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills\nProven ability to build customer relationships and deliver solutions in line with organisational goals\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Technology, or related discipline\nITIL v3 Foundation Certification\nNice to have:\nDevelopment qualifications with understanding of Full Software Development Lifecycle and version control\nSpecialisation certifications in Microsoft Messaging, Lync, SharePoint\nExperience in large-scale collaborative environments\nCulture and benefits\nJoin a team where you'll be supported to grow your career, prioritise your wellbeing, and make a genuine impact.
