As a Senior Endpoint Engineering Specialist, you’ll work closely with customers to transform their businesses in line with cloud-first productivity and collaboration solutions as part of their digital transformation journey. You will also provide expert 3rd-level support, develop ongoing processes, and help drive continuous improvement in customer environments.\nWhat you’ll do\nAt the moment, as Senior Endpoint Engineering Specialist you will be focused on:\nDesigning and maintaining modern SOE architectures for multiple customers\nWorking with customers to deliver cloud-first productivity and collaboration solutions\nDeveloping processes to standardise support and maintenance across environments\nProviding 3rd-level support and acting as an escalation point for complex desktop issues\nProactively managing and maintaining customer SOEs and supporting infrastructure\nDelivering project tasks accurately and efficiently and contributing to project reporting\nGuiding and mentoring team members to resolve technical challenges\nEnsuring a health and safety culture in line with Datacom policies\nWe are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs\nWhat you’ll bring\nMandatory Experience:\n5+ years of related experience in endpoint engineering and SOE management\n5+ years of related experience working for a Managed Service Provider\nKnowledge of hardware and software vendor support processes, including product lifecycles\nAdvanced end-user management skills alongside modern and traditional SOE methodologies\nIntermediate project management principles and Office 365 skills\nAdvanced experience in Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Intune and SCCM (MECM)\nExperience in Active Directory Group Policy Management\nStrong PowerShell scripting skills\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills\nProven ability to build customer relationships and deliver solutions in line with organizational goals\nNice to have:\nDevelopment qualifications with understanding of Full Software Development Lifecycle and version control\nSpecialisation certifications in MD-102 and AZ-140\nCitrix experience\nExperience in large-scale collaborative environments\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Technology, or related discipline\nITIL v3 Foundation Certification\nBenefits\nBenefits\nOur office is at BGC Taguig and we have hybrid work setup (Twice a week) and we promote Work-Life balance, and an APAC focus means no graveyard shifts!\nWe also provide exciting perks such as spotter fees, HMO with Free 4 Dependents, Leave credits, Performance bonuses, and a work-life balance environment\nWhy join us here at Datacom?\nDatacom is one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest suppliers of Information Technology professional services.
