As one of Australasia's leading technology providers, we work with customers across industries to solve real-world problems and deliver meaningful outcomes.\nWhether we're supporting governments, enterprise organisations, or growing businesses, we're committed to creating meaningful outcomes for our customers, communities, and each other.\nAbout the Role (your why)\nThe Senior Unified Communications Engineer is responsible for providing onsite IP voice/UC support for our client’s environment and assisting with day-to-day issues and troubleshooting to ensure optimal business operations.\nThis role is based in Perth Australia and will be based at the customer’s premises.\nWhat you’ll do\nPreparing site design documentation for new sites, including specifying equipment and site parameters under supervision. \nManaging the integration of new sites into the operational network. \nMonitoring and managing the performance of all or part of the network and performing reconfiguration work as required. \nPlanning and executing large scale network changes. \nKeeping the Team Leader informed on all design and performance issues within relevant responsibility guidelines. \nCompleting special projects as required, including new technology evaluation tools, development practices and procedures.\n· On-site at a customers premises in Perth CBD\n· Australian Citizenship required for clearances\nWhat you’ll bring\nKnowledge of industry standards and government regulations relevant to data communications / networking.\n5+ years’ experience in a field related to voice and UC support.\nStrong knowledge of one or more of the following: \n Solid skills in Voice and UC Engineering and technologies (Webex) \nCisco Call Manager \n Unity Connection \n Cisco CUBEs \nCisco VCS \n Cisco unified attendant console \n UCCX- Cisco contact centre express \n Cisco - CCNA, CCNP (Voice/Collaboration) qualified Ability to work closely within a team. \nEffective presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information across various levels. \nAbility to work with and contribute to collaborative teams to achieve organisational goals and objectives.\nProfessional or tertiary qualifications in Communications Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent\n Experience with, or working knowledge of, VOSS4UC for provisioning, administration and lifecycle management within a Cisco Unified Communications environment\nCulture and Benefits\nJoin a team where you'll be supported to grow your career, prioritise your wellbeing, and make a genuine impact.
