Headquartered in Auckland and largely owned by its founding families alongside a New Zealand investment fund, it employs several thousand people and remains privately held after six decades.

Our Why

Datacom works with organisations and communities across Australia and New Zealand to make a difference in people’s lives and help organisations use the power of tech to innovate and grow.

About the Role (your why)

As a Solution Specialist, you will be a key member of our Information Management and Productivity Solutions team working alongside customers to co-create solutions that transform and modernise the way they work. You will deliver a first-class experience for customers of our Intelligent Workplace services. Using a consultative and co-design approach, you will explore customer needs and translate requirements into practical solutions. You will work autonomously on agreed project tasks within a collaborative team, following delivery methodologies, architectural standards and change-management processes, with senior specialists available for guidance and peer review.

This role is part of our Australia and New Zealand team. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!
