You’ll set priorities, allocate work, manage performance expectations, review quality, resolve delivery conflicts and escalate risks across warehouse operations, systems integration and technical delivery.\nThis is a Permanent Full-time position with Datacom Systems AU Pty Ltd, with a salary range of AUD$80,000-AUD$90,000.\nOur offices are based in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a permanent full-time, onsite position where you’ll work alongside the warehouse and integration teams at our Adelaide location.\nWhat you’ll do\nAt the moment, as Warehouse Team Leader you will be focused on:\nLeading the integration workstream, including build schedules, technical priorities, customer requirements, quality controls and clear ownership. \nAllocating integration work, monitoring capacity and progress, reviewing completed work and addressing quality, productivity or delivery risks. \nEnsuring device configuration, software deployment, testing, troubleshooting and dispatch readiness meet approved standards and customer specifications. \nSupporting systems integration across warehouse management systems, ERP platforms and customer applications. \nManaging warehouse and integration incidents, service requests, tickets and operational queues through to resolution. \nPlanning and coordinating daily activities across receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing, distribution and dispatch. \nProviding direct line management, including coaching, feedback, capability development, attendance and conduct management. \nReviewing workflows, system performance and service trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. \nMaintaining safe work practices, operational controls, stock security, customer assets, data integrity and compliance with Work Health and Safety requirements. \nWe are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.\nWhat you’ll bring\nRequired experience:\nAt least 3 years' experience in a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment. [ \nExperience leading people across warehouse and technical or integration workstreams. \nExperience managing priorities, quality and delivery outcomes for technical employees or a comparable service team. \nExperience using and supporting warehouse, inventory or ERP systems and related devices. \nKnowledge of warehouse management systems, ERP principles, inventory control, stock accuracy and distribution processes. \nPractical knowledge of device integration, software deployment, configuration, testing, quality assurance and technical escalation. \nWorking knowledge of operational technology, customer applications and system-connected equipment. \nUnderstanding of incident management, service expectations, WHS principles, cost and utilisation. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, planning, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and conflict. \nAbility to translate operational or user requirements into practical system, process or support solutions and analyse performance trends to identify service and process improvements.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Science, Engineering, Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience\nNice to have:\nExperience working within a Tier 2 service provider.\nCulture and benefits\nJoin a team where you'll be supported to grow your career, prioritise your wellbeing, and make a genuine impact.
