We at Datacorhelp our customers make those products you use every day more safely, cost effectively and more efficiently through our technology platforms and applications.\nThe Role\n\nThis role partners with our global go-to-market teams to manage the full order-to-cash lifecycle - from contract preparation and order processing to license distribution, invoicing, recurring revenue renewals, and monthly service billing. It is an excellent entry point into a broader Finance Operations career, with opportunity to develop across the full Finance Operations function over time.\nResponsibilities\nGTM Support and Order Fulfilment\nSupport the global sales team in preparing proposals and collecting signatures using our esignatureplatform\n\nCreate, revise, and distribute license files to fulfil new orders, upgrades, and demo requests\nManage licenses as needed to support sales and renewal activity.\nGather and verify all relevant order data to ensure accurate processing of invoices and credits, maintaining records in line with internal retention requirements\nCoordinate with third-party software suppliers as required to fulfil new orders and softwareenhancement renewals\n\nRecurring Revenue Renewals\nInvoice renewals as needed throughout the month, ensuring accurate pricing\nUpdate licenses to extend end dates\nMaintain accurate contract details in the back-office system\nUpdate and deliver license files as needed when contracts are renewed\nProjects and Service Billing\nCreate projects as needed with careful attention to order details, ensuring customer invoices for services performed are accurate\nEdit project structures as needed to ensure staff have access to projects and can recordtheir time accurately\n\nPrepare and deliver monthly service invoices to customers\nReporting\nGenerate and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports on revenue, renewals, billing, andorder activity to support Finance and GTM leadership\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience\n2+ years of experience in order management, finance operations, or administrative support\nWorking knowledge of Salesforce or experience with a CRM application\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or billing systems is a plus\nStrong customer service orientation\nHigh attention to detail with a strong degree of accuracy in data entry, billing, and recordkeeping\nWorking Arrangements\nOccasional travel may be required for in-person team meetings, though these are infrequent and not guaranteed.\nPlease submit your resume in English.\nEOE Statement:\nDatacor is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis or race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. \nUse of AI During Interviews: \nAt Datacor, we value thoughtful problem-solving and authentic perspectives.
