(Podman/Kubernetes).\nCollaborate with support engineering to diagnose production issues and create knowledge base content.\nDrive platform reliability and performance improvements across the appliance lifecycle.\nMentor team members and contribute to technical strategy and architectural decisions.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent with 6-7 years of hands-on experience.\nDeep expertise in Linux systems (Debian/Ubuntu/RHEL), including package management, file systems, disk partitioning, and volume management.\nStrong hands-on experience with Kubernetes ecosystem tools (Helm, Flux, Prometheus, and Grafana).\nExperience in developing Kubernetes custom operators.\nStrong proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.\nSolid networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, network bonding, and routing protocols.\nExperience building RESTful APIs for platform integration.\nProven ability to debug medium-complex distributed systems issues.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and cross-team collaboration.\n\nDesired Qualifications: \nGolang development experience.\nKnowledge of storage systems, object storage protocols, or distributed databases.\nExperience with time-series databases (Elasticsearch) or key-value stores (etcd).\nWeb framework experience (Flask, FastAPI).\nCloud
