We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nEvolve Compensation Strategy: Help us redefine and evolve how we believe about base, variable, and equity compensation structures\nAdvanced Analytics: Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify problems, develop hypotheses, and recommend data-backed solutions for compensation programs and processes\nData Visualization & Modeling: Build and develop dynamic dashboards and analytic models to provide actionable business insights and interpret market or internal trends\nDrive Automation: Streamline and automate monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation reporting and analysis using modern data tools and AI workflows\nMarket Benchmarking: Conduct global market benchmarking, assess peer groups, and ensure consistent market pricing practices while maintaining internal equity.\nStorytelling with Data: Provide sophisticated compensation recommendations, clearly building data driven insights while tying it back to overall comp strategy\nWho You Are:\nBachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative-focused major (e.g., Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics)\nA minimum of 3+ years of experience in business analytics, finance or a related field in a fast-growing environment\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, VBA, Power Query)\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights\nUnmatched attention to detail; ensuring numbers are accurate & delivered on time to key partners\nHigh learning agility, flexibility, and quantitative problem-solving skills\nBonus Points:\nConsulting, Project Management or Analytics experience\nExperience building interactive / replicable dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or other advanced analytic platforms\nFamiliarity with Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and automating repetitive workflows.\nStrong planning, organizational, and project management skills\nDemonstrated experience developing and implementing scalable, repeatable processes backed by detailed ongoing documentation\nDatadog values people from all walks of life.
