We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nAnalyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers including PBPs, People Leadership, and other Senior Leadership at Datadog\nSupport the design, administration, and governance of executive compensation programs, including executive benchmarking and compensation-related materials for senior leadership and the Compensation Committee\nAssist with annual executive compensation planning processes and the preparation and validation of compensation data used in public-company disclosures\nSupport compensation planning for entry into new countries and markets, including market-pricing approaches, salary structures, statutory compensation requirements, pay practices, and implementation considerations\nSupport compensation due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions, including employee census reviews, job and level mapping, compensation comparisons, incentive and equity analyses, retention planning, and compensation harmonization\nPartner closely with People Business Partners to provide relevant compensation analyses\n Who you are: \n4+ of compensation or related experience\nAttention to detail and analytically driven\nExperience leading efforts around market pricing, annual compensation cycles, compensation plan/structure design\nExperience in executive compensation and compensation committee preparation a strong plus\nA collaborative, self-starter mindset with the ability to flex and think critically\nSome understanding of RSUs and other equity offerings\nThe ability to distill large and complex data sets into digestible, relevant points supporting recommendations\nA commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and utilizing appropriate tact and professionalism \nAwareness of global compensation principles and regulations\nAbility to balance multiple priorities\nWorkday experience preferred\nDatadog values people from all walks of life.
