Datadog’s Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) team is reimagining what observability and security look like at petabyte scale in the AI era.\nThe Opportunity:\nThe Group Product Manager - Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) role is responsible for defining and bringing to market the next generation of telemetry analytics and insights capabilities in an AI-first environment. This role is highly technical and creative in nature as you will envision novel ways to enable customers to cost-effectively explore, analyze and report over petabytes of data through a welcoming and easy-to-use interface. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead and grow a team of product managers focused on Datadog’s BYOC Program\nDefine the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for BYOC and make it immediately valuable to customers in an AI-first environment\nGather insights from customers, partners, and internal data to become an expert on how customers want to store, analyze, and report on data for long term needs\nWork closely with Datadog’s BYOC, Log Management, BitsAI, and Platform teams to identify opportunities and build ingest, index and search capabilities for petabyte scale \nMake it easy for customers to onboard new workloads and products within Datadog onto the BYOC platform\nRecommend and launch new offerings with BYOC based on use cases for Security and Compliance\nPartner with Marketing and other GTM teams to generate awareness and drive adoption of Datadog’s BYOC offering\nPresent to leading industry experts and analysts such as Gartner, Forrester and IDC to influence the market research teams and solicit feedback to guide roadmap\nGuide Product Solution Architects to build pre-validated architectures on getting started with BYOC for specific use cases and industry verticals\nWho You Are: \nA Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience\n7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management, including 2+ years managing other product managers\nAt least 3+ years of experience with databases, data warehouses, SQL concepts & language, BI products, and/or distributed systems\nHands on experience using multiple services from one or more of the major cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)\nDemonstrated track record of working with executives and engineers alike\nPrior experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Splunk, or ClickHouse is a strong plus\nMBA is a strong plus\nDatadog values people from all walks of life.
