In this role you’ll work closely with individuals across the organization in support of various legal-related matters, with a primary focus on supporting the scalability of the global legal team. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.\n What You’ll Do:\nPartner with legal and non-legal process owners to support process improvements, optimization and automations\nAssist with technical teams to implement solutions and troubleshoot reported issues by the legal team\nMaintain knowledge resources for all legal subgroups and collaborate with legal and non-legal colleagues on various projects as needed\nConduct vendor and customer sanction screenings to identify potential risks and inconsistencies and ensure compliance\nAnalyze and use data to drive initiatives and assist in planning\nSupport technology by becoming a superuser of systems utilized by the legal team\nServe as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns and providing timely updates on matters and escalating where appropriate\nHandle ad hoc projects within the legal subgroups as they arise\nWho You Are:\nA Legal Operations Analyst with 2-3 years of experience with legal operations, contract management or project management experience\nProficiency with tools e.g. Google Workspace, Brightflag, Docusign, Salesforce, Coupa, Confluence, Jira and Office365\nPassionate about exploring technology\nAble to move forward in times of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge\nAn effective communicator and detail-oriented\nSomeone with high integrity and strong judgment\nComfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment where you’ll work on multiple projects at the same time, while meeting tight deadlines\nDatadog values people from all walks of life.
