This position requires being in-office 5 days a week.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAct as the face of Datadog by welcoming visitors and supporting employees in the office.\nAct as the primary point of contact for all in-office needs, creating a friendly, helpful, and professional environment\nOwn and lead daily floor walkthroughs, identifying and resolving operational issues proactively to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and functionality\nCultivate and maintain positive working relationships with coworking vendors/building management & vendor partners\nPartner with the Security team to ensure the implementation of all safety protocols \nServe as a main point of contact for incoming service tickets, ensuring timely updates, proper prioritization, and follow-through\nWork with vendor partners to keep the office stocked with food, snacks, and pantry supplies, ensuring everything meets our Datadog standard for quality and consistency\nMaintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely restocking to support daily operations\nArrange fun and engaging events for employees - both on a monthly cadence and an ad hoc basis\nWork closely with regional teammates to maintain smooth office operations and ensure consistency across all workplace processes\nWhere required, work alongside various Operations teams to assist with office moves, build-outs and openings\nWho You Are\nA true people person, with an empathetic and friendly demeanour\nFast learner who enjoys solving problems and improving processes\nPossess excellent time management and multitasking skills\nTakes initiative on all projects\nBe even-tempered and able to remain calm under pressure\nHave unending patience and thrive on getting things done\nBe organized, have an acute attention to detail, and take pride in the appearance of the office\nAble to bring structure to chaos\nBe organized and have an acute attention to detail\nAble to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing\nPossess good spreadsheet skills\nBring creativity and fresh ideas that help contribute to the culture at Datadog\nMinimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in a rapidly growing, fast paced company\nDatadog values people from all walks of life.
