We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.\nWhat You'll Do:\nHigh-volume interview scheduling, within established SLAs.\nManaging interview logistics (remote and onsite), and the candidate and interviewer communication around them.\nInterview day support: rescheduling, logistics, travel, expenses and real-time recovery when something moves.\nManaging job openings and job postings in our ATS, keeping all externally published information accurate and compliant.\nATS hygiene for your pipeline: stage accuracy, feedback chasing, scorecard completion.\nScheduling dashboard hygiene, operational excellence dashboard hygiene.\nOffer letters management with high attention to details for regional nuances.\nTeam queue coverage: picking work up promptly and escalating blockers early.\nReporting on your own workload, KPIs and SLAs. You own performance successes and hold yourself accountable to work and improve on gaps as soon as flagged.\nPartnering with recruiters, regional and global recruiting coordinators and stakeholders (people business partners, people coordinators and hiring managers).\nProvide clear guidance and training to stakeholders, delivering prompt and constructive feedback with confidence.\nFuture growth goal: supporting onboarding for new team members, delivering training sessions and taking on stretch projects based on bandwidth and contribution.\nIdentifies and removes roadblocks with guidance from leaders and tenured peers.\nEmbrace a constantly changing environment, navigating uncertainty and pivoting focus to support evolving business needs.\nWho You Are:\nBachelor's or Master's degree\n2-3 years of admin work experience, or 1-year experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role\nPrioritisation and organisational skills: scheduling, fixing, calendar management, handling urgent requests\nSense of urgency\nAccuracy and the highest attention to detail in daily tasks\nTooling fluency (Goodtime and Greenhouse previous knowledge is preferred)\nClear and concise written communication with candidates, interviewers and stakeholders\nTeam spirit: being able to work autonomously but also within a group with a team player attitude\nReliability\nAI expectations: Appetite and daily use of approved tools to automate routine tasks, focusing on efficiency and consistency in your daily workflow\n\"Can-do\" attitude: ready to take on any challenge and give each candidate a top-notch experience\nBusiness acumen: handling confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion and professionalism\nDatadog values people from all walks of life.
