We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nPayroll Processing\nLeave Administration \nMaintain Time and Attendance processes\nMaking sure Singapore's Central Provident Fund and India’s Employees’ Provident Fund, Employees’ State Insurance, Professional Tax are being remitted on time\nOnboarding and Offboarding \nAd Hoc projects\nWho You Are:\nYou want to work in a team and for a tech company where it’s energetic, growth-focused, and every day feels purposeful.\nYou have an in-depth understanding of payroll regulations spanning multiple countries, including Singapore, India and Indonesia would be ideal but not all necessary.\nYou love to delve into data, be it timesheets or leave accruals.\nWorking knowledge of setting up, configuring, and deploying new payroll systems and implementing payroll in a new country.\nProficiency in using payroll software and systems. Experience with an outsource provider, Workday, or similar platforms is preferred.\nIntermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, eager to learn how to manage large datasets and create formulas and functions.\nExposure to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements as applicable to the payroll function.\nYour keen eye for detail is matched only by your organizational prowess.\nYour agility allows you to excel both independently and as a team player.\nAI-fluent, with a track record of spotting where AI tools can streamline processes and drive efficiency gains. Comfortable evaluating and applying AI to repetitive or high-volume payroll work.\nDatadog values people from all walks of life.
