We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.\nWhat You’ll Do: \nDefine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Datadog's Agent Builder platform and ecosystem.\nOwn the core platform capabilities that enable customers and partners to create, customize, deploy, and manage AI agents.\nDrive the extensibility model for agents, including integrations, tools, actions, context sources, APIs, SDKs, and developer workflows.\nShape how agents perform actions across Datadog products and third-party systems.\nPartner closely with AI, platform, infrastructure, and product teams across Datadog to establish common agent architecture patterns and platform standards.\nDevelop a deep understanding of emerging agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, evaluation techniques, governance models, and operational best practices.\nBe equally comfortable discussing LLM architectures, tool-calling systems, evaluation frameworks, and developer platforms with engineering teams as you are working directly with customers to understand their needs and workflows.\nEvangelize Datadog's vision for operational AI through customer engagements, conferences, blogs, industry events, and thought leadership.\nWork with world-class Product and Engineering teams to develop and communicate roadmaps that inspire our teams' best work and deliver meaningful customer value.\nSupport and empower Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Solutions teams to drive adoption and customer success.\nContribute to a culture of learning and collaboration across the department and broader organization.\nRaise the bar in product management.\nWho You Are:\nAn experienced Product Manager, ideally at a SaaS, infrastructure, platform, developer tools, or AI company.\nYou have a strong technical background and can engage deeply on topics such as AI systems, APIs, platform architecture, developer tooling, distributed systems, and integration patterns.\nYou have experience building platforms or ecosystems that enable other developers, teams, or products to create value.\nYou are excited by the opportunities and challenges of AI agents and have a strong point of view on how agentic systems will transform software development and operations.\nYou have sharp product intuition and can navigate ambiguity, making sound prioritization decisions in fast-moving technology landscapes.\nYou are naturally collaborative and thrive in environments where success depends on aligning many teams around a shared vision.\nYou have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present and defend ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nYou have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nYou are customer-minded with a high quality standard for the products you build.\nDatadog values people from all walks of life.
