Your work will be highly cross-functional and play a pivotal role in connecting the dots across the organization through a financial lens, ensuring operational alignment and informing decision making.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage financial forecasts and analyses that may include revenue, ARR, customers, product, and cash flow - translating insights into recommendations for senior leaders \nPartner with senior business leaders across various departments, such as go-to-market (GTM) and Product to track performance and assess trends\nWork with finance management on quarterly Board materials, including coordination and consolidation across stakeholders\nPartner with the Accounting team for monthly / quarterly flux analysis and financial close items\nAssist in planning and budgeting cycles, ensuring consistency in tools, templates, and processes across the organization\nBecome proficient with various financial planning and business intelligence (BI) tools, including but not limited to Pigment, Tableau, and Metabase\nAssist with ROI and profitability analyses on regional and sales channel levels to support data-driven decision making\nWork on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives for senior management, which may include assessing analyzing various business challenges / opportunities and proposing solutions\nWho You Are:\n2+ years of professional experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or other related field\nBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics\nMastery of Excel and PowerPoint with proven experience in building financial models and managing complex data\nYou are a clear, concise communicator and team player with a humble mindset and ‘can-do’ attitude \nMBA or CFA is a plus but not required; \nSolid understanding of Pigment or other EPM software is a plus, but not required\nExperience in or understanding of a consumption-based software business model\nBenefits and Growth: \nGenerous and competitive benefits package\nNew hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan\nContinuous career development and pathing opportunities \nProduct training to develop an in-depth understanding of our product and space\nFriendly and inclusive workplace culture\nWork Location:\nAt Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table.
