About the role
You'll support two product teams (~14 engineers) working in Scrum. We're looking for someone who helps them deliver more predictably, spots where work gets stuck, removes impediments together with the teams, and uses metrics to drive better decisions. You'll report to the Engineering Manager and work closely with Product Owners and Delivery Manager.
What you'll focus on
Enabling value delivery: help teams remove impediments to their progress, whether they come from process, dependencies, unclear priorities or tooling, and build transparency so problems become visible early
Flow: identify bottlenecks and help teams improve the flow of work
Forecasting and risks: help teams make realistic delivery forecasts, communicate uncertainty clearly, and surface risks early
Metrics: use metrics deliberately (e.g. flow or DORA metrics) and turn insights into concrete changes in how we work
Working with Product Owners: keep the backlog healthy and split work into smaller, valuable pieces.
Facilitation: make sure events stay purposeful and effective, adapt them when they stop serving the teams
Team health: keep psychological safety high, notice tension and conflicts early, and help address them constructively
About you
You have 3+ years as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, including working with more than one team at a time
You understand the full SDLC: refinement, development, code review, QA process, CI/CD, release and production monitoring
You're comfortable with concepts like technical debt, environments, feature flags, APIs, integrations and incidents, and you know how each affects the flow of work.
You communicate clearly and effectively, and adjust your communication to the audience:developers, Product Owners and leadership
You listen with empathy, pay attention to how people are really doing, and can have difficult conversations openly and respectfully
You are highly organized and you can accurately prioritize your tasks and efforts that benefit both the teams and the organization
You know how to foster data-driven decisions and you're outcome-oriented
You are fluent in using Jira, Miro and Notion
You speak English at B2+ level
Polish C2 (native)
Nice to have
Curiosity about the product and a genuine interest in understanding what the backlog means for our customers
Experience in a SaaS product company, ideally in [e-commerce / product feeds / marketplace integrations]
Experience working with OKRs
PSM II and/or Kanban certification (e.g. KMP, PSK)
Familiarity with Kanban and other ways of working beyond Scrum
