We're looking for someone who helps them deliver more predictably, spots where work gets stuck, removes impediments together with the teams, and uses metrics to drive better decisions. You'll report to the Engineering Manager and work closely with Product Owners and Delivery Manager.\nWhat you'll focus on\nEnabling value delivery: help teams remove impediments to their progress, whether they come from process, dependencies, unclear priorities or tooling, and build transparency so problems become visible early\n\nFlow: identify bottlenecks and help teams improve the flow of work\n\nForecasting and risks: help teams make realistic delivery forecasts, communicate uncertainty clearly, and surface risks early\n\nMetrics: use metrics deliberately (e.g. flow or DORA metrics) and turn insights into concrete changes in how we work\n\nWorking with Product Owners: keep the backlog healthy and split work into smaller, valuable pieces.\n\nFacilitation: make sure events stay purposeful and effective, adapt them when they stop serving the teams\n\nTeam health: keep psychological safety high, notice tension and conflicts early, and help address them constructively\n\nAbout you\nYou have 3+ years as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, including working with more than one team at a time\n\nYou understand the full SDLC: refinement, development, code review, QA process, CI/CD, release and production monitoring\n\nYou're comfortable with concepts like technical debt, environments, feature flags, APIs, integrations and incidents, and you know how each affects the flow of work.\n\nYou communicate clearly and effectively, and adjust your communication to the audience:developers, Product Owners and leadership\n\nYou listen with empathy, pay attention to how people are really doing, and can have difficult conversations openly and respectfully\n\nYou are highly organized and you can accurately prioritize your tasks and efforts that benefit both the teams and the organization\n\nYou know how to foster data-driven decisions and you're outcome-oriented\n\nYou are fluent in using Jira, Miro and Notion\n\nYou speak English at B2+ level\n\nPolish C2 (native)\n\nNice to have\nCuriosity about the product and a genuine interest in understanding what the backlog means for our customers\n\nExperience in a SaaS product company, ideally in [e-commerce / product feeds / marketplace integrations]\n\nExperience working with OKRs\n\nPSM II and/or Kanban certification (e.g. KMP, PSK)\n\nFamiliarity with Kanban and other ways of working beyond Scrum\n\nOur recruitment process\nScreening call - Short screening call with HR / Talent Acquisition\n\nWHO Interview - Conversation with the Engineering Manager\n\nFocus Interview - Conversation with the CTO and a guild leader\n\nCoffee with the team - Meeting with team members\n\nWhat's in it for you:\nImpact - play a key role in scaling infrastructure that powers 20,000 merchants across 6 continents\nOwnership - real technical autonomy;
