humor.\n\nDUTIES:\n\nData Collection and Cleaning -\n\nCollect, extract, and compile data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\nClean and transform raw data into structured datasets for analysis.\nIdentify and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, and anomalies.\nUtilize technologies such as SQL, SAS, Python, and BigQuery, while staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Data Analytics.\n\nData Analysis and Interpretation -\n\nPerform exploratory Data Analysis to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within the data.\nApply statistical techniques and data visualization methods to interpret and present findings.\nAnalyse large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights and recommendations.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical approaches.\n\nReporting and Visualization -\n\nCreate visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Google Looker to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain standardized reporting templates and data visualization tools.\nPresent findings in a clear and concise manner, tailoring the information to the needs of the audience.\n\nData-driven Decision Making -\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.\nProvide analytical support for business initiatives, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and performance tracking.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization through Data Analysis.\n\nData Governance and Security -\n\nEnsure compliance with data governance policies, data protection regulations, and security protocols.\nAdhere to data privacy and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information.\nContribute to the development and maintenance of data dictionaries and documentation.\n\nContinuous Learning and Development -\n\nStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Data Analysis.\nExpand knowledge of statistical techniques, data modelling, and data visualization tools.\nParticipate in training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities.\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\n\nQualifications –\n\nMasters or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics/Science).\n\nExperience/Skills -\n\nProven experience as a Full Stack Data Specialist or similar role with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.\nProficiency in Data Analysis tools such as GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Google BigQuery, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Google Looker.\nAbility to handle and analyse large datasets efficiently.\nExperience with statistical analysis techniques and data modeling.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data manipulation tools.\nFamiliarity with data governance principles and best practices.\nKnowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards is a plus.\n\nATTRIBUTES:\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to
