interfaces using LWC, ensuring high performance and responsive behaviour.\nManage and streamline Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado, including version control, metadata deployments, automated testing, and release management.\nCollaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nParticipate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, testing, deployment, and support.\nMaintain and troubleshoot integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.\nMonitor and improve the performance, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.\nMentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.\nEnsure compliance with security, governance, and platform best practices.\nOptimise Salesforce configurations and customisations to meet business objectives.\nDocument technical specifications, processes, and solutions for knowledge sharing.\nStay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.\n\nRequirements: \n5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.\n3+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).\n2+ years of practical experience using Copado for DevOps and CI/CD on the Salesforce platform.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and standard/custom objects.\nExperience with version control systems (e. g., Git) and branching strategies in Copado.\nDeep understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and metadata management.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect.\nExperience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.\nKnowledge of JavaScript frameworks and modern web development practices.\nExperience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.\nFamiliarity with integration platforms and middleware solutions.\nExperience with data migration and data management tools.\nUnderstanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.\n\nTechnical Skills: \nSalesforce Technologies: Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components,
